Forty Acres Energy

Forty Acres Energy is a Houston, TX-based exploration and production company focused on the acquisition and development of conventional oil and gas reserves, with a primary focus on field redevelopment and implementation of enhanced-recovery techniques.  Forty Acres Energy’s current asset base is located in Lea County, New Mexico and consists of producing assets with waterflood potential.

K3 Oil

K3 Oil is a Houston, Texas-based exploration and production company focused on the acquisition and development of shallow oil and gas reserves in established oil producing regions of western Kansas.  Leveraging its substantial network of relationships, K3 seeks to access large contiguous acreage positions and to utilize 3D seismic to identify shallow, undrilled conventional oil structures.

Krewe Energy

Krewe Energy is a Covington, Louisiana-based oil and gas company formed to consummate a management buyout of the assets of S2 Energy and to pursue the acquisition and exploitation of conventional oil and gas assets in South Louisiana. Krewe specializes in restoring and optimizing production in fields previously abandoned or under-managed in inland marsh areas, onshore, and offshore shallow state waters.

Llano Energy

Llano Energy is a Stillwater, Oklahoma-based exploration and production company formed in partnership with Special Energy Corporation and Sage Road to pursue the acquisition and horizontal development of the San Andres formation in the Permian Basin. Llano’s current asset base consists of a sizable acreage position in Lea County, New Mexico.

Peachridge Energy Partners is a Houston, Texas-based company focused on the exploration and development of oil and gas reserves in the Mid-Continent region.

RedBud Energy Partners

Redbud Energy Partners is a Spring, Texas-based exploration and production company formed in partnership with RedBud E&P Inc. and Sage Road to serve as a consolidation vehicle targeting the acquisition and exploitation of shallow producing assets with significant operating synergies and identified upside, primarily located in the Mid-Continent region.

Woodford Petroleum

Woodford Petroleum is a Houston, Texas-based company formed to continue the success of Sage Road’s prior investment in K3 Oil to develop oil and gas reserves in the Mid-Continent region. Woodford will capitalize on the expertise of its management team to develop seismically-driven drilling opportunities into areas adjoining K3 Oil’s assets in Kansas, namely in Oklahoma, Colorado and the Texas Panhandle.
