J. Hunter Jasek

Prior to joining Sage Road Capital, Mr. Jasek was an Analyst in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Wells Fargo Securities in Houston, where he focused on upstream A&D, M&A, and financial advisory transactions.

Prior to WFS, Mr. Jasek was a Restructuring Consultant in the Energy, Power, and Products Group at FTI Consulting in Dallas. At FTI, he advised financially distressed companies as well as their creditors.

Mr. Jasek holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and a M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University.
