Investment Criteria

We specialize in oil and gas producer finance with a primary focus on the acquisition, exploitation and development of proven reserves and a secondary focus on niche midstream opportunities.  Our investment criteria include:

• Experienced management teams with a proven operating history.
• Assets and team located in North America.
• Investments requiring $20-$50 million, with the ability to assemble substantially more capital through co-investment.
• Opportunities with either existing production or identified capital needs, linking management to assets from the outset.
• A preference for equity investments, but open to alternative structures.
• Standard corporate governance provisions consistent with investment structure.
